We build software for an industry that's been ignored by software
Security companies have been handed generic staff-scheduling tools and told to make them fit. Secure360 was built the other way round — for guarding, from the first screen.
Nobody sets out to run their business on spreadsheets
It happens gradually. One spreadsheet for the rota. Another for hours. A WhatsApp group for last-minute cover. A folder of scanned sign-in sheets in case a client ever asks. Each one was a sensible fix at the time, and together they became the thing that stops the business growing.
We kept meeting operations managers in exactly that position — competent people losing entire days to admin that should not exist, and losing real money to overtime that was paid out but never billed. The tools available either did one piece of the job well and nothing else, or were built for shift work in general and knew nothing about SIA licences, site bans, patrol evidence or the way a guarding contract is actually priced.
So we built Secure360: one system where the rota, the clock-in, the patrol log, the incident report, the payslip and the client invoice are all the same set of facts, seen from different angles.

Four principles we build against
One system, not six
If the same fact has to be typed into two places, one of them will eventually be wrong. Everything shares one source of truth.
Evidence over assertion
Timestamps, locations and photos beat "it was definitely done". Every module is designed to produce something you can show a client.
Respect the guard
The app records what it needs for proof and no more. Software that treats people like suspects does not get used properly.
No feature hostages
Every plan includes every module, and your data is yours to export whenever you want it.
Built with operators, not at them
Almost everything in Secure360 exists because somebody running a guarding company asked for it. The pre-shift email to the client's site contact came from an operations manager tired of the same 6pm phone call. Overtime on the client invoice came from a finance manager who worked out what it was costing to get that wrong.
- We answer our own supportThe people who build it are the people who help you use it.
- We onboard you properlyImport, rate setup and training are part of joining, not an upsell.
- We ship what customers ask forRequests from real operations go into the product, not into a backlog nobody reads.
- We keep it understandableIf a screen needs a manual, it needs redesigning instead.
