The right person told, before it becomes a problem

Secure360 watches the things that go wrong on a shift and tells whoever needs to know — by push to the phone and by email — without anybody having to remember to send it.

Who gets told what

Three audiences, each getting only what matters to them

Your guards

Everything about their own work, and nothing about anybody else's.

  • New shift assigned
  • Shift changed or cancelled
  • Open shift available to claim
  • Leave request approved or declined
  • Messages from the control room

Your control room

The exceptions that need a human, as soon as they happen.

  • Missed clock-in on a live shift
  • Late start on site
  • A guard has declined a shift
  • Panic alert raised, with location
  • Document or licence about to expire

Your clients

Reassurance, delivered before they think to ask for it.

  • Pre-shift notice about two hours ahead
  • Who is coming, and when
  • Reports as soon as they are filed
  • Invoices emailed as PDFs
  • Switchable per site, on or off
The one clients notice

An email lands with the site contact before the shift starts

Roughly two hours before cover begins, the contact at that site is emailed automatically: who is due, which position, and what time they start and finish. It is a small thing that quietly removes most of the "is anyone coming tonight?" phone calls.

  • Automatic and on timeSent by the system on a schedule, not by whoever remembers.
  • Per site controlTurn it on for the clients who want it and off for the ones who do not.
  • Sensible fallbackIf a site has no contact email of its own, the client's main address is used.
  • Fully loggedEvery notice is recorded, with its delivery status, so you can prove it was sent.

How it reaches them

Push where it's urgent, email where it's a record

Push notifications

Straight to the guard's phone for anything time-critical — a new shift, an open shift, a message.

Email

For anything that needs to exist in writing: shift confirmations, payslips, invoices and client notices.

Per-person settings

Guards and staff can be opted in or out of email notifications individually, so nobody drowns in messages.

Stop chasing, start being told

Turn on the alerts that matter to your operation and see the difference in a week.
