If you are between two plans or your headcount moves with the seasons, tell us. We will size it sensibly rather than pushing you up a tier.

Yes. No card, no commitment. We will even import your real guards, clients and sites so you are testing it properly rather than typing in dummy data.
Active guards on your account. Office staff who log into the portal, client portal users and sites are not counted, and archived leavers do not count either.
Move up a plan whenever you need to, and nothing is lost in the process. If you win a contract that doubles your headcount for three months, talk to us and we will handle it sensibly.
No. Plans run monthly and you can cancel at any time. We would rather keep you because the software works than because a contract says you have to stay.
Onboarding: importing your data, configuring your pay and charge rates against your actual contracts, setting up sites and geofences, and training your team. It is a one-off, not a recurring cost.
